GUBA Patron John Paintsil out on the town at ‘Ghana Meets Naija’

Our very own GUBA Patron John Pantsil has been out and about enjoying the many events that Ghana has to offer.

Currently enjoying his end of season break, the Fulham footballer was pictured on and off stage at the ‘Ghana Meets Naija’ Show, held July 1st 2011 at The Dome, Accra Conference Centre.

JP was not alone at the event, fellow Blackstar players, past and present, came out to enjoy the best of musical entertainment from both countries; Dede Ayew, Sulley Muntari, Prince Tagoe, Laryea Kingston and ex Blackstar Captain Stephen Appiah represented the football entourage. Our Togo neighbour Emmanuel Adebayor, of Man City, was seen having an epic night with his baller pals.

JP and friends were in full dapper attire at Accra ‘s hot spot location, The Dome Accra.

GUBA “Best Media Personality” winner, Ama K Abebrese, looked gorgeous pictured beside Ghana heartthrob John Dumelo. Watch out for the pair in their new 2011 movie ‘Ties That Bind’.

The show paved way for performances from a range of artist from both African territories including 2Face of Nigeria…

…Ghana’s Sarkodie delivered a quality performance as per usual.

…Energy was on full blast during Ghana’s very own Castro and Asamoah Gyan performance.

…Nigeria’s Naeto C seemed to be have a 10 out of 10 time on stage.

Other artists on the night were Ghana’s VIP and 4×4, Nigeria’s J Martins and many more.

CEO of Ghana’s Empire Entertainment, Nathanial Anokye- Adisi aka Bola Ray, has stated that this will be an annual event; with the aim of strengthening ties between both Ghana and Nigeria. Bola Ray also has plans to host the event overseas, on UK soil, in the near future. We can hardly wait!
