Ghana’s Blackstars defeated the crocodiles of Lesotho by seven goals last night. The match which took place at the Baba Yara stadium in Kumasi saw the Blackstars back in full form.

Captain Sulley Muntari, scored the first goal in the 15^th minute, followed by Dominic Adiyiah  and Jordan Ayew who scored two goals each.  To finish of the beautiful game, Christian Atsu and Jerry Akamenko scored the two remaining goals, bringing victory to Ghana.

The match however did not run as smoothly as planned. A problem with the floodlights meant that the match had to be suspended, it was later resolved and the match resumed in full effect.

Despite that minor problem, the Blackstars still sailed to victory, and we hope it’s a vision of better things to come.
