Forces Help Ghana (FHG) will be taking part in a national moment of reflection by holding a candel-lit vigil to mark the centenary. FHG would like to invite everyone to join in with this reflection on Monday the 4th of August 2014 at 9:30pm. Attendees are advised to kindly bring in their own centenary candles that can be purchased at www.marksandspencer.com Proceeds from the purchase of the candle go towards supporting serving members, Armed Forces, Veterans and their families. Your presence at this event will be greatly appreciated.

For those that want to take part but unable to attend, the ‘Lights Out’ activity is for you! Lights Out is an invitation for everyone in the UK to turn their lights from 10pm to 11pm, leaving on a single light or candle – to commemorate 100 years since the Anniversary of the date Britain joined the First World War.
